The YVH-mixer machine is a type of mixing machine that achieves homogeneous mixing of materials through the movement of the mixing vessel. The movement takes place clearly in the two arms of the cylinder, which are inclined at an angle of 70° to 90°, forming a "V" shaped design. The shape is particularly good at enhancing the mixing of the product. During the tumbling process, the product in the cylindrical arms is always splitting and regrouping. The rotation separates the batches and thus moves them into two separate wings. We offer V mixers, double cone mixer and triple cone mixers, etc.

The entire housing is V-shaped, consisting of 2 cylinders welded at 75° to 90°, and rotates to allow mixing of the components by diffusion mixing. there is no agitator inside the V-mixer, and all movement of the powder is due to an avalanche of product caused by the rotation of the housing. Optimal mixing is obtained after a certain number of rotations. These mixers usually have 2 openings at the top of the "V" shape, which facilitates easy discharge of the mixer at the end of mixing.
