GF-400F Single head Automatic tube filling and sealing machine

Adopt PLC programmable controller to make the whole machine run program, from liquid to high viscosity fluid material (paste) filling and sealing to code batch number (including production date) and other processes automatic operation. Is cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, adhesives and other industries of aluminum pipe, plastic pipe, composite pipe filling and sealing the ideal equipment, in line with the GMP specification requirements. Specific performance features are as follows:
1, high grade LCD programming controller and button combined operation video, fully grasp the equipment stepless speed regulation, parameter setting, output count design, pressure indicator, fault display and other operating conditions, so that the operation is simple and user-friendly.
2, this machine adopts 12 station structure design, fully automatic complete the whole process of pipe supply, marking, inert gas filling (optional), filling, sealing, coding, finished product export.
3, high precision calibration system, reduce the tube body color standard error range.
4, the adjustment part is external and the position scale adopts the digital display, the adjustment is quick and accurate (suitable for the production of multiple specifications and varieties).
5, machine, light, electricity, gas integration, realize no tube no filling, supply tube is not in place, low pressure, automatic display (alarm); Open the protective door can stop automatically and other automatic functions.
6. The same machine can be equipped with different molds to realize the filling and sealing of metal pipes, plastic pipes and composite pipes of different specifications.
7, optional water circulation insulation sandwich material bucket, automatic bucket mixing system, so that the material to achieve more uniform, feeding more ideal purpose.
