  cosmetics cream vacuum emulsifying machine ,vacuum mixer ,vacuum emuslfiying homgoenizer

Products Description:
Vacuum homogeneous emulsifying machine (top homogenizer) is an ideal option to produce highgrade skin care products, pharmacy ointment, and many other kinds of creams which need to be very soft and smooth. It has the functions of heating, mixing, scraping, rotating at different speeds and vacuum supply.
It has a very wide application from cosmetics (skin cream, hair gel, lotion etc) and  food     (jam, chocolate, sauces etc) to pharmacy (ointment, syrup, paste) and chemicals(painting, adhesives, detergents).

Principle feature:
1. Continuous workload, especially for continuous processing of products, the operation is simple, better emulsification homogenization;
2.360 degree scraping wall mixing, using frequency control, according to customer requirements of different production of high-quality products.
3. Stirring using well-known foreign variable frequency control, power provinces, mechanical protection and strong, constant torque from the work to make the machinery more stable operation. Can choose the production speed freely, the hydraulic lifting system freely lift the lid;
4. Homogenizer The main design from Germany, high shear vortex emulsion mixing slow scraping mixing, automatic close to the bottom of the pot and pot wall;
5. Sealing performance, long service life, homogenizer can work continuously for 24 hours.
6. Vacuum suction, especially for powder materials, the use of vacuum suction to avoid dust flying, the entire production process under vacuum conditions, to prevent the material in the high-speed stirring bubble, to achieve clean sterile requirements;
7. The overall stainless steel equipment stent outsourcing, the pot body with three stainless steel welding, polishing both inside and outside the 300U, container and material contact parts made of 316L stainless steel to ensure the stability of the equipment, suitable for GMP and Japan's norms;
8. Many safety protection functions make production more secure;
9. The equipment is a vacuum deaeration, mixing, homogenization, heating, electric control and other functions in one, the equipment consists of vacuum homogenization emulsification pot, oil pot, water pot, vacuum system, hydraulic lifting system;
